10. Eating sweets leads to weight gain

Remember, sweet is not harmful, artificial sweet is sugar or sugar is harmful. Natural sugar found in fruits, organic honey or jaggery are not harmful and neither do they increase weight. Weight increases by eating sugar, which is artificial and processed.
